Day One

Tis a Monday - what cha gonna do? Start a diet of course! What else? Tis the greatest swear word in the world - don't you agree? Don't call it a diet they say - call it a life style change.
Well my life style has changed all right!

Love to eat + hate to exercise = too tight clothes, feeling sluggish, wanting to eat every thing in site because you hate the way you look.

Making right choices - lets see.... Cheesecake, chips, casseroles or salad with low fat dressing which shall I choose? Like I am going to pick the salad - yeah right! I want the damn casserole.

Anyhow - I embark on a journey to increase my exercise, decrease the flab, increase my intake of "good choice" food and decrease the intake of the best tasting foods (at least to me!)

It is time for breakfast - What do I want?
Potatoes, biscuits/gravy, sweet roll and coffee.
I am headed up to the cafeteria right now so here is my first chance to make a right choice. Will report when I get back
Okay. I am done drooling over all the pastries and have brought back with me - 2 egg whites - with Tabasco sauce, dannon light and fit yogurt, melon/grapes and 3/4 c rice crispies to add some crunch to the flavorless yogurt. Hold me back - my mouth is watering. Must eat!

Off and running for the day (actually it is "off and sitting for the day")
